2nd FEdA International Conference: Reversing Biodiversity Loss – Conflicts, Telecoupling, and Successful Practices
Join us for a digital, transdisciplinary conference on December 4-5, 2024, hosted by the BMBF Research Initiative for the Conservation of Biodiversity (FEdA).
This global event brings together international scientists as well as stakeholders from politics, society, business, and the media to discuss the urgent challenge of reversing biodiversity loss.
Key topics include:
- How can the transformation to a biodiversity-positive world be achieved by 2030?
- What are the best practices and most promising approaches?
- How can science, politics, and business contribute to this goal?
- What are the roles of nature-based solutions and strategies for resolving conflicting goals?
Despite global efforts, biodiversity loss continues to escalate. This conference aims to explore solutions, share successful practices, and advance the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
