Detecting atomic explosions with tsunami warning software

The UNO uses the software SeisComP3 in order to detect nuclear explosion. SeisComP3 was originally developed by the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam for tsunami warning systems as part of the GFZ project German-Indonesian Tsunami Early Warning System (GITEWS).
